CAMP INTROSPECT: SUMMER BASKETBALL CAMP
A Christo-centric basketball skills camp for girls and boys. Participants will be instructed in the basic fundamentals of basketball and compete in small sided games and individual skill competitions. Blue Chip Basketball Academy coaches and Hope & Hope Inc. members will be the directors of this camp.
Camp sessions are designed to help improve each player’s fundamentals by allowing different ages and skill levels optimum gym time, station work, and team play. Our younger campers in kindergarten, first, and second grade, will be shooting on lower, age appropriate goals. Camp will help players of all skill levels to enhance individual skills through small group instruction as well as learn the concept of team play in our supervised games.
DATE: June, 19th – 22nd, 2023 (MORNING & AFTERNOON SESSIONS)
LOCATION: GLENN HIGH SCHOOL
GRADES AND TIME
Boys and Girls: Rising 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th Graders
TIME: 9am to 12:00pm
(Daily drop-off begins 8:30am, Daily pick ends at 12:30 pm)
CAMPER’S FEE: $105 (includes a Camp T-shirt)
FIRST CHECK-IN: Check-in from 8am – 8:30am for Morning Sessions
WHAT TO BRING
Basketball shoes are preferred, running shoes are acceptable
Basketball shorts
T-shirt
Athletic socks
OPTIONAL: Money for the concession stand. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase each day.
*Parents are welcome to stay and watch their kids during any or all of the camp days.
