The Middle School Skills Enhancement Session, directed by Coach Bishop, Coach Conley, and Coach Demukaj, convenes weekly on Monday evenings. The program entails a four-week schedule of instructional activities and scrimmages. Sessions teach advanced basketball fundamentals using a “group workout” format to maximize effort within the designated timeframe. The program’s overarching objective is to support the ongoing development of fundamental basketball skills among middle school players and to deliver an intense, high-tempo training experience.

Grades: 6th – 8th Grade

When: Mondays, October 19th – Nov 5, 2026
Girls: 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm

Boys: 6:45 pm to 8 pm
