HIGH SCHOOL SKILL SESSION & OPEN GYM

The High School Skills Session & Open Gym, directed by Coaches Bishop, Conley, and Demukaj, convenes weekly on Saturday evenings. The program entails a four-week schedule of instructional activities and scrimmages. Sessions teach advanced basketball fundamentals using a “group workout” format to maximize effort within the designated timeframe. The program’s overarching objective is to support the ongoing development of fundamental basketball skills among high school players and to deliver an intense, high-tempo training experience.
